Join us for an incredible sampling of the region’s bird life including the spectacular Chipe Rojo (Red Warbler), Dwarf Jay, Slaty and Dwarf Vireos, a collection of seabirds, and a couple of buntings that will knock your socks off. Additionally, you should prepare yourself for the tastes of Mexico: world class chocolate, coffee, mole sauces, tamales, chapulines (grasshoppers) and chiles. And finally, take a walk amid the ancient pyramids of the Zapotec culture.
